I am an 18 year old student with a passion for language learning. My degree will be in philology - I am currently through my first semester- as I am equally ambitious about harnessing a profound understanding of the ancient world through latin and ancient greek texts. But modern roman languages remain my field of interest. I look forward to bettering my understanding and usage of everyday italian and spanish, so I can apply my knowledge to another love of mine- literary translation!
